NEON UV/Backlight Reactive Paint 32oz. Suitable for both day and night, there's 7 vivid colors(Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Tangerine) to choose from. This paint gives off a luminous neon color when viewed with UV Lighting. PLEASE NOTE that this product does not Glow in the Dark. You need to have UV lighting/ Blacklight to see the awesome effect. This product is not intended for use as body paint. Fluorescent Paint provides bright, highly visible colors on a variety of surfaces. They are ideal for indoor and outdoor projects such as crafts, hobbies, stenciling, marking, and color coding. These paints also glow under ultraviolet (black) light.

For best results, apply over a white base coat. Use outdoors or in a well ventilated area.

Use when temperature is between 50-90°F (10-32°C) and humidity is below 85% to ensure proper drying. Do not apply to surfaces, when heated, exceed 200°F (93°C). Remove all dirt, grease, oil, salt and chemical contaminants by washing the surface.

Rinse with fresh water and allow to thoroughly dry. Remove loose paint and rust. Previously coated surfaces must be sound and in good condition.

DO NOT APPLY on a surface that appears to have mold residues. Removal of old paint by sanding, scraping or other means may generate dust or fumes that contain lead.

Always use protective gear such as gloves and masks. Using a primer provides superior finish and is especially recommended for bare wood and metal. Apply an undercoat of primer on darker surfaces for better results. Apply only when air and surface temperatures are between 50-90°F (10-32°C) and the relative humidity is below 85% to ensure proper drying.

Dry and recoat times are based on 70ºF (21°C) and 50% relative humidity. Allow more time at cooler temperatures. Dries to the touch in 1 hour and it's completely dry after 24 hours.
