Offered for sale is an AMAZING VINTAGE SET of FOUR (4) mixing bowls that were manufactured by Pyrex (Corning Glass). Many of us had these mixing bowls or our parents / grandparents had them when we were growing up. They are quite popular these days and bring back fond memories.

These mixing bowls are bright in their primary colors: blue, red, green, and yellow. The smallest bowl, the blue, holds 1.5 pints and stands 3 14 inches tall and the opening is 5 3/4 inches wide. The second smallest bowl, the red, holds 1 1/2 quarts and stands 3 1/2 inches tall and the opening is 7 1/4 inches wide. The green bowl, which holds 2 1/2 quarts, stands 4 inches tall and has an opening of 8 1/2 inches across.

The largest bowl, the yellow, holds 4 quarts and stands 4 1/2 inches tall. The opening is 10 1/2 inches wide. The condition is always "used" but having said that, I would rate this set an 8 or a 9 out of a possible 10. The color on these bowls is OUTSTANDING with almost no fading noticed. There is a scratch on one side of the red bowl, which I have shown in one photo.

There is a tiny smoothed over chip on the edge of the green bowl, which I have tried to show in two photos but is very hard to see. I would say the yellow bowl is in the best condition, followed by the green, the red, and then the blue. They are all really great as you can clearly see in the photos! You will fall in love with this great example of Americana and it will bring back wonderful memories!
